Spotlight on Grecia Saavedra

This spotlight highlights Grecia Saavedra. Grecia joined Felidae Fund in August 2024 and helps create Felidae outreach and education resources. Grecia works graphic designer and social media manager for a small advertising agency. She graduated from the University of Miami with a Graphic Design degree and minor in Creative Advertising. She also holds an Associates Arts (AA), Graphic design degree from Miami Dade College.

Grecia has always had an interest in wildlife/animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and conservation. When she's not doing her day job and volunteering, she's group hiking in the Everglades or rock climbing at her local climbing gym. 

Favorite cat species: "I have a soft spot for cougars!"
